IMV Technologies announces a change in leadership: effective April 1, 2025, Oliver Kohlhaas will succeed Alain de Lambilly as CEO of IMV Technologies. This appointment marks a new chapter for the company, focused on strengthening its international development and innovation in the field of assisted reproduction.
Alain de Lambilly, who has successfully managed the company in recent years and supported numerous strategic projects, is leaving the Group for family reasons.
Joachim Hasenmaier, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, stated: “We warmly thank Alain for his dedication and commitment to IMV Technologies and for the results and quality of the work he has achieved with the entire IMV Technologies organization. Under his leadership, IMV Technologies has taken decisive steps in terms of growth and transformation and has strengthened its position through organic growth as well as several strategic acquisitions. We are confident that Oliver Kohlhaas will continue this momentum and that, with the continued support and commitment of all IMV Technologies employees, he will continue to successfully develop and implement the company’s strategy.”
Alain de Lambilly shared his thanks to IMV Technologies’ clients and teams for the company’s development and transformation over the past few years: “I am proud of the progress we have made with our clients and all the IMV Technologies teams, and of the successes we have achieved together. I wish Oliver every success in the future, and I am confident that he will be able to lead the company with contagious enthusiasm.”

Oliver Kohlhaas is German. He studied mathematics in Aachen and Bordeaux. After several years in strategy consulting, he enjoyed a successful career spanning over 20 years with the Bayer Group. He managed pharmaceutical operations in France and Germany, spent five years as head of global marketing for the animal health businesses, before taking on corporate strategy and internal consulting for another five years. After leaving Bayer, he developed his own consulting business before joining IMV Technologies.
