6. Are you required to provide your Personal Data?
Some fields in our data collection forms are not mandatory. Mandatory fields are marked with an asterisk “*”.
7. How long do we keep your Data?
We retain your Personal Data for the period necessary to carry out the operations for which it was collected, unless the law provides for a different retention period:

Prospects
Your data is kept for three (3) years after the last contact with Cryo Bio System.
Clients
Your Data is kept for the entire duration of the service contract, as well as for five (5) years following its termination.
Your billing data is kept for ten (10) years, in accordance with the provisions of the Commercial Code.
Data relating to the collection of testimonies is kept for the duration specified in the signed authorization or until the withdrawal of consent.
Candidates
Your data is kept for two (2) years following the last contact with Cryo Bio System.
This retention period can be extended with your express consent. For sensitive positions, the B3 extract from the criminal record is not retained.
8. With whom do we share your Data?
The processing carried out by Cryo Bio System’s partners is governed by agreements in which subcontractors undertake to comply with applicable laws and regulations, and more generally with all obligations incumbent upon them, particularly with regard to the protection of the security and confidentiality of Personal Data.
Some job offers on the website are for positions located outside the European Union. If you apply for one of these, your application will be forwarded to the relevant entity.
9. What security measures have we taken to protect you?
We are committed to implementing all the technical and organizational measures necessary to ensure the protection of your Personal Data (impact analysis, audit, access and authorization management policy, application mapping).

Depending on the type of request and if there is any doubt about your identity, we may ask you to provide proof of your identity upon receipt of your request.
You will receive a response within one month of receipt of your request. In certain cases, due to the complexity of the request or the number of requests received, this period may be extended by two months.
